In this training model, the students receive 3 semesters theoretical and practical training in the school and one semester in the practical training in the enterprises. This study was planned first to determine the expectations of the students in Banaz Vocational School of Higher Education from “3+1 Training Model” before starting the training on Business Management Programme, Tourism and Hotel Management Programme, Chemistry and Chemical Processing Technology Programme and Furniture and Decoration Programme and then to determine the satisfaction of the same students who completed vocational training. In the first stage the population of the study was 115 students included in the 3+1 Training Model of these programmes. Out of 115 students, 90 of them participated in the study. In the second stage, the population of the study was 59 students who have completed the vocational training in Banaz Vocational School within the scope of 3+1 Training Model. Out of 59 students, 59 of them participated in the study. Collected data was analyzed with SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Sciences) which is statistical analysis software. In conclusion of first stage, most of the students don’t know any information about 3+1 training model despite their first order of preference. But after the students had information about the model, determined that the students believed that they will be more successful in the industry after graduation. It was observed that the students who have successfully completed their vocational training know the sector they are studying and enhance communication skills by experiencing working life. As a result of the study, it was determined that the students in the sample were significantly satisfied with the expectations of the vocational training courses of the 3+1 Training Model and satisfied in the professional sense. }, doi = {}, }
