Social capital is particularly effective in children and on family relationships that occur in the regulation of the social structure of society is also important. The low level of employment is creating major problems in underdeveloped countries both in the developed countries. In recent years, despite the favorable economic growth figures in most countries, the employment rate has not reached the expected level of upward trend. Some of them are education and education social capital. The main purpose of this study is; the relationship between education and social capital on employment.
