Nowadays, one of the most important problems that have arisen with the increase of urbanization is the need for housing and rise in demand for housing. In order to respond to this increasing demand for housing, living and quality housing has begun to be produced. As an innovative approach in the construction sector, quality buildings have started to become more spectacular with landscape designs. For this reason, in the newly constructed mass housing projects, the landscape architecture tried to be included in the real sense. Nowadays, it is seen that those who want to be a landlord prefer projects that have broad green spaces, outdoor entrances and activities. This study explores the evaluation of landscape design was made in the public housing sites preferred in Aksaray province and 10 companies were determined. A survey was conducted with those company authorities to determine the how landscape design affects the sales of houses in the construction sector. Survey questions were largely on landscape design and people's thinking. It is thought that the questionnaire will determine what people care about when buying a house and help guide the new projects
As a result of these emerging outcomes, landscape designs have increased residential sales and people have been shown to be interested in such projects. As a result of this, as an innovative trend in the province of Aksaray landscape design and landscaping equipment began to be used in projects that are heavily used As a result, the present study shows that people more prefer projects that included landscape design and in this context, development of a province and making the construction industry more attractive depends on landscape design.
