    "title": "Yoğun Bakım Ünitesinde Imogene King’ in Kavramsal Sistem Modeline Göre Bir Kalp Cerrahisi Hastasının Hemşirelik Bakımı: Olgu Sunumu",
    "title_secondary": null,
    "abstract": "King’ in Kavramsal Sistem Modeli ile bireyin kendi bakımına katılımı sağlanmakta, yapabileceği kısa ve uzun vadeli\r\nhedefler, bu hedeflere ne derece ulaşıldığı ve hedeflere ulaşmadaki eksiklikler belirlenmektedir. Çalışma, bir üniversite\r\nhastanesinde 5 damar koroner arter bypass greftleme (KABG) ameliyatı yapılan hasta birey üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. Çalışmanın\r\nverileri; veri toplama-değerlendirme tanılama ve günlük planlama yöntemleri ile toplanmıştır. Imogene King’ in Kavramsal\r\nSistem Modeli’ ne göre hemşirelik süreci basamakları incelenmiştir. Hasta DB, 52 yaşında, anterior Akut Miyokard İnfarktüsü\r\n(AMİ) tanısı konularak, akciğer ödemi tablosu ile yoğun bakım ünitesine kabulü yapıldı. Hastada kardiyak arrest gelişti. Kısa\r\nsüreli Kardiyopulmoner Resüsitasyon (CPR) yapıldı. Hastaya entübasyon işlemi uygulandı. Hızlı ventriküler Atriyal Fibrilasyon\r\n(AF) hastada mevcutken, medikal tedavi ile ritmi sinüs ritmine döndürüldü. Hastanın pnömoni tedavisi on günde tamamlandı.\r\nHastanın çoklu damar problemi olduğu için hasta bir an önce ameliyata alındı. 5 damar KABG ameliyatı gerçekleştirildi. 5 damar\r\nKABG ameliyatı sonucu yoğun bakım ünitesinde izlenen hastamızda Imogene King’ in Kavramsal Sistem Modeli’ ne göre\r\nhemşirelik bakımı uygulandı. Kritik düşünme süreci temel alınarak King’ in Kavramsal Sistem Modeli’ ne göre verilen\r\nhemşirelik bakımı, bireylerin kendi bakımına katılımını artırmakta, bireyin tüm yönleriyle değerlendirilmesini sağlamakta,\r\nhemşirelik uygulamalarında son derece gelişmiş düşünce becerilerini gerektirmekte, böylece bakımın kalitesini artırmaktadır.  ",

    "english_abstract": "King's Conceptual Systems Model enables the individual to participate in their own care, and determines short-term and long-term goals, the extent to which these goals are achieved, and any shortcomings in achieving them. The study was conducted on a patient who underwent 5-vessel coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery at a university hospital. The data for the study were collected using data collection-evaluation, diagnosis, and daily planning methods. The steps of the nursing process according to Imogene King's Conceptual Systems Model were examined. Patient DB, 52 years old, was admitted to the intensive care unit with a diagnosis of anterior acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and pulmonary edema. Cardiac arrest developed in the patient. Short-term cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was performed. The patient was intubated. Rapid Ventricular Atrial Fibrillation (AF) was present in the patient, and its rhythm was restored to sinus rhythm with medical treatment. The patient's pneumonia treatment was completed in ten days. Because the patient had a multi-vessel problem, the patient was taken to surgery as soon as possible. A 5-vessel CABG surgery was performed.\r\nFollowing the 5-vessel CABG surgery, our patient, who was monitored in the intensive care unit, received nursing care according to Imogene King's Conceptual Systems Model.\r\nNursing care given according to King's Conceptual Systems Model, based on critical thinking processes, increases individuals' participation in their own care, ensures the evaluation of the individual in all aspects, requires highly developed thinking skills in nursing practices, and thus improves the quality of care.",
