Endüstri 4.0 ve Liderlik

Dünya ekonomik, endüstri ve politik açıdan sürekli bir değişim ve gelişim içerisindedir. Bu değişim ve gelişimin birçok etkeni olmakla birlikte, özellikle endüstriyel alanda yaşanan ve diğer alanları da kapsayan değişim ve ilerlemeler dünyanın çok farklı bir noktaya gelmesinin asıl etkenleri arasında sayılabilmektedir. Endüstriyel anlamda ilk defa Sanayi Devrimi ile ortaya çıkan yenilikler günümüzde dördüncü aşamaya gelerek Endüstri 4.0 kavramını ortaya çıkarmıştır. Endüstri 4.0, sadece teknolojik ya da sanayi üretimindeki ilerlemelerle değil, aynı zamanda sosyal alanlarla kurmuş olduğu bağ ile de açıklanabilmektedir. Endüstri 4.0 kavramının ortaya çıkmasında yenilikçi fikirleri olan ve bu fikirleri hayata geçiren girişimci özelliğe sahip liderler oldukça etkili olmuştur. Bu kapsamda, bu çalışmada endüstri 4.0 ve liderlik kavramı incelenerek bu iki kavram arasındaki ilişki kuramsal temelde açıklanmaktadır. Temel bulgu, liderlik, endüstri 4.0 oluşumunda önemli rol aldığı gibi, başarılı ve gelecek vaat eden bir liderliğin meydana gelmesinde de endüstri 4.0 önemli rol almaktadır.  

The world is in a constant change and development in economic, industrial and political terms. Although there are many factors of this change and development, changes and developments, especially in the industrial field and covering other areas, can be considered as one of the main factors that make the world come to a different point. Innovations that emerged with the Industrial Revolution for the first time in the industrial sense have come to the fourth stage and have revealed the concept of Industry 4.0. Industry 4.0 can be explained not only by advances in technological or industrial production, but also by the link with social areas. Leaders with entrepreneurial characteristics who have innovative ideas and have implemented these ideas have been very effective in the emergence of the concept of Industry 4.0. In this context, the concept of industry 4.0 and leadership is examined in this study and the relationship between these two concepts is explained theoretically. The basic finding is, leadership plays an important role in the formation of industry 4.0 and industry 4.0 plays an important role in the formation of a successful and promising leadership.
