Prepare your paper for publication
Follow your conference's submission instructions, then make sure the accepted paper and its details are ready for the proceedings.
Your conference manages submissions and peer review. Send your paper to the conference using its own instructions; SETSCI publishes accepted work supplied by its organizers.
Full papers, abstracts, poster contributions and other scholarly research contributions accepted for publication are subject to peer review. For proceedings published from 2019 onward, each is evaluated by at least two reviewers before acceptance. Editorials and prefaces are editorial content and are not subject to peer review.
Prepare the final paper
Use the version approved by your conference.
Confirm the content
Check the final text, figures, tables and references against the accepted version.
Check the PDF
Embed fonts and make sure images, equations and page layout remain readable.
Verify authorship
Review author names, order, affiliations and corresponding author details before sending the file.
Provide complete article details
Accurate metadata helps readers find and cite your work.
