Publish your conference proceedings
Bring accepted papers together in an open access volume with article pages, citation metadata and a lasting public record.
A connected publication record
Readers can move from your conference to its volumes and individual papers.
Citable proceedings
Each published volume has its own page, table of contents and publication details. ISBN, ISSN and DOI appear when assigned.
Discoverable articles
Article pages expose titles, authors, abstracts and citation formats. Structured metadata supports indexing and harvesting.
Open access
Readers can access published papers freely. Each article displays the licence that governs reuse.
From accepted papers to a public volume
Your team remains responsible for the conference's submission and review process.
- 1
Share accepted work
Send the final article PDFs and metadata, along with your conference and volume details.
- 2
Prepare the volume
The production team validates files and metadata, then works with you on the volume's front matter.
- 3
Review the preview
Check the private preview and resolve any remaining publication issues before release.
- 4
Publish and share
The volume and articles become public, and eligible DOI records and discovery metadata are processed.
What to prepare
Complete files and details make the publication review smoother.

- Publication licence and relevant identifiers
SETSCI publishes the accepted outcome and records the process you followed. It does not run submissions or a second peer review for your conference. For proceedings published from 2019 onward, each accepted research contribution requires assessment by at least two reviewers; editorial and preface material is outside that requirement.
